Participant Feedback

“I cannot recommend Tara enough. I have recently started my own job search due to COVID-19 after a number of years at the same company and industry, Tara used her experience, empathy and time to give great insights and tips for my next step which I found incredibly insightful and invaluable at this time. Her professionalism and experience as a recruiter is fantastic and would highly recommend to anyone in my network.”

“I approached Tara after my redundancy through the initial Covid19 period. Tara contacted me almost instantly, with an empathetic and genuine conversation. Tara took time to learn my story and mentored me on how to start my job search. Not only that, Tara has been a constant support throughout this time and continues to check in with valuable advice. I have learnt the key attributes of an exceptional recruiter from this lady. Her professionalism and passion is second to none. I can highly recommend working with Tara and have since passed her details to my wider network. I am happy to expand on this recommendation upon request.”

“I was lucky enough to be introduced to Tara through a mutual contact who also spoke very highly of her. Since then she has been incredibly supportive in helping me pivot within my career while coaching me to articulate my achievements with conviction.

Tara is full of energy and with no doubt is a relationship deepener. She can empathize with her clients and candidates to understand what their true needs are, forming objectives from those needs to produce outstanding outcomes with both the client and candidate in mind. I could not recommend her more highly to those in need of a recruiter, that will give honest and industry experienced advice.”

On engagement of the service an introductory phone call is made outlining the programme and setting of expectations. A foundation of trust is built instilling confidence in the process and mutual end goal of a positive outcome. Our programme covers three 1 hour sessions combining virtual link and meeting in person one on one. At the completion of each programme a feedback session is encouraged to ensure expectations have been met and full confidence gained with all the tools in place to face the employment market.

The key to our success has been providing the best outcomes possible ensuring confidence and a positive mindset for all participants.

We have all come to terms that the world we knew is partly a world we will see again where we can all live and embrace our families and loved ones.  By now we would have all come to terms with an understanding that a new world now awaits us.

The need to adapt and add value in new ways is now.

“We’ve got this!”

World … “stay safe and heal.”

I have had this trinket globe on my desk throughout my career over the past 16 years. Originally in banking, it was then packed away safely and travelled with me as my companion whilst working abroad and again sat proud on those desks. It also sat with me throughout my recruitment career and here it is now, in my home office.
As a business owner holding on to this globe now with only one thought in mind … “stay safe and heal.”
Day 1 on lockdown in NZ and already proud of our wee nation as we stand together to overcome this virus.
Keep safe everyone and take great care out there.

Optimism through Covid-19

I’d like to extend my thoughts to you all over this time of uncertainty. Walking through the supermarket last night really did feel somber. To have walked passed a stranger and know they too were feeling the same feelings of anxiety and concern over what might be ahead. To see the face of the pharmacist and nursing staff when I had popped in to see them over something minor, to know they too are feeling the same way we all are but needing to put up a brave front.

I got on with my day job today, calling candidates and having great conversations over their aspirations and uncovering their hidden talents. Ensuring they bring it all to the forefront to highlight how great they are. To laugh and relate; to consult and guide; to advise and help. I LOVE my job! The “doom and gloom” bubble I was certainly in just magically popped.

We need to stay positive. We need to feel grateful that each and every day we face, we have an opportunity to make a difference, contribute and live. To use our time wisely. To take a moment and support those around you even if it is just with a smile and kind eyes. Anyone who might need to hear a friendly voice, call. Happy to support where I can. Take great care.
